Paul graduated from Binghamton University where he was the Founder and President of Theta Delta Chi for his school. Currently, Paul is a New York-based legal professional, who is admitted as an Esquire to the NYS Bar, with experience in political consulting. Paul is a Partner at L & D Law P.C. where he focuses his practice on sexual harassment and discrimination law.
Paul gained significant legal experience with the Nassau County Attorney’s General Litigation Bureau, the District Attorney and the County Legislature. Prior to law school, Paul served as a political director for major electoral races.
Paul places a focus on his passion: the Moot Court Board, where he won First Place in the National Moot Court Championship and was selected as the Best Oral Advocate for the entire North East Region. Paul was a member of the Trial Advocacy Association, and served as an Editor on the Business Law Journal. Paul also partook in the Criminal Prosecution Clinic, whereby students work under a Student Practice Order, participating and conducting all phases of criminal prosecution in the District Court. Paul worked at the law firm of Raiser & Kenniff where he focused exclusively on Criminal law and Civil litigation.
Paul is the founding partner of L & D Law P.C., where he focuses on Discrimination law (sexual harassment) and Civil Rights law. Paul has handled a large number of mediations which resulted in significant settlements for his clients. Paul is also credited with litigating a number of cases in Federal Court from their inception through resolution. Paul has also handled a number or oral arguments, hearings, and conferences resulting in successful outcomes for clients. In addition, Paul is well known for handling high profile cases against major government entities, modeling agencies and restaurant establishments. He has been featured on national television, in newspapers and often comments on current legal issues facing the nation.
